CODIR provides Chrome extensions and tools designed for digital creators to edit and customize their Beacons, PayPal, Shopify and Stripe dashboards directly from their browser. The Service is intended for entertainment, parody, and design-testing purposes only.

Use the Service to deceive, defraud, or mislead any person or entity
Create dashboards that violate any laws or regulations
Use the Service to impersonate any person or entity
Share or distribute fake dashboards with intent to mislead investors or customers

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CODIR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the dashboards you create using the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

CODIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. We provide the Service "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to our Service, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing CODIR, you acknowledge and agree that:

All purchases are final and non-refundable
You have reviewed the product features and pricing before purchase
You understand what you are purchasing and how the Service works
You will not file a chargeback or dispute the transaction

Why No Refunds?

CODIR is a digital product that provides instant access upon purchase. Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed. We can offer a free tier for you to try before committing to a paid plan.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service for at least 7 business days (must be reported within 48 hours)
Duplicate charges or billing errors
Service outage lasting more than 7 business days

Any exception requests must be sent to support@codir.app within 24 hours of purchase with detailed explanation and proof of the issue.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is considered fraud. We will provide all transaction details to your bank or payment processor and may pursue legal action. Your account will be immediately terminated, and you will be permanently banned from using the Service.
